This blog is about my quest to live a more compassionate, healthy and vibrant life. I’m a working mother on the go so I prefer quick, easy, convenient and inexpensive meals. Sometimes my non-vegetarian family shares them with me and sometimes I cook them just for myself. And that’s ok with me. Not every recipe that comes from my kitchen is entirely healthy and that’s ok, too — a girl cannot live on kale alone! I don’t worry very much about organic food, non-GMO food, aluminium cans, cooking with microwaves or other things like that.
